I'm fairly new to gardening. For you seasoned gardeners out there, I'm curious: do you save seeds from what you grow for the next planting season? If you so, how do you go about it?

My sister gathers them and puts them in labeled baggies. She sends me seeds often.

Mel- does she dry them first? I would assume so, but...

My morher saves ALL hers seeds and that's where I get most of mine. Squashes, melons, and okra is mostly what I save from my garden goodies.

Yes, let them dry before bagging them up. Just lay them out on a paper towel for a few days.
