Left The pumpkins so far. Middle my biggest tomato plant. I have... 5 I believe. Right one of my basils and my 4 oclocks. The 4 oclocks were planted by the previous owner and die down each year and come back better than ever!

Just came in from watering, all the maters have blossoms now. I am working to put in cardboard paths and either cardboard or newspaper between and around the plants. Here is my garden so far. so far.
Basil, surrounded by 4 o'clocks.
This is the biggest of my tomato plants. This is also the beginning of my path.
My cantaloupes are just taking off. They are sending vines through the fence! Lots of blossoms too.

Part 2 since it only allows me 3 photos per post.
My watermelon plants are growing slowly but I am hearing from others in this are that theirs are also growing slow.
My cucumber seems trying to com back. It has blooms and both looked happier this mornings.
One of my peppers. I forgot to move my pumpkin pictures to my pc from my phone. I will do that later.

I need to take pictures. I just never have my phone on me when I'm out in the garden and then, when I'm inside, I'm on the computer and not my phone and I need to be on the phone to post the pictures. lol
The tomatoes, cucumbers, and beans are so-so. There is one zucchini plant, one pepper plant, one eggplant plant, and one cantaloupe plant that are doing well and the rest are a little sad. The yellow squash though, is flourishing. Just spectacular!
My herb pot (strawberry pot) is doing well. I plan to get another one eventually and plant different herbs, but for now I have parsley, oregano, and basil doing very well. I also have a horseradish root that has taken off and five mint plants that are doing well.

Jennilee, I take my phone out and set it on a table then take pictures after I water. I have 2 baby tomatoes forming! Lots of flowers on my cantaloupe and 1 mater. 1 Pepper, still not changing color, it might be an orange one. I have 3 sweet basil plants, one is HUGE. I don't cook with them I just LOVE the smell. I need to trim it and then find a way to preserve the leaves but I am afraid I will kill it.
The other 2 are not so big but one is doing ok, the other is new and it was dying when I bought it so I am not sure it will make it or not.

Mel, pick some basil leaves, put them on a cookie sheet and let them dry out. Crumble and put in a jar or ziplock bag if you plan on cooking with them.

Yes, I have to do that too, or hook my phone up to my pc and take them that way. It is work but it keeps my mind active!

We have kohlrabi ready to harvest and lots of green tomatoes. Beans and cucumbers have blooms. Something at all the peas and the watermelons and pepper plants are still pretty small.
