Good morning ladies,
I am sitting here on my balcony, the weather is beautiful and I feel very loved by God. The thought of being trustful arose from a conversation I had with my daughter who said that going through all these current things, she just has to start trusting God. And that is exactly what the Lord wants from us, a childlike trust that he will take care of things. That he won't allow us to get hurt, except when it serves a purpose but never for no reason at all. He wants us to trust, like we trust our parents to keep us from all and everything that is harmful and therefore he has established rules. If we don't trust that he wants our best only, but rebel against his guidelines and rules, just with our earthly parents, we suffer the consequences. But love always prevails so trust in him not only today, but always.
Today I have already made my bed and am now working on my balcony till 1 or so. After that I have to go to church and work on the propresenter thingy....
I never had Schnitzel yesterday because I had nuggets from McDonald's left from Sunday so I ate those. So on my way home I will get me some potato salad and/or pasta salad at Aldi and have Schnitzel for dinner tonight. I ordered a little table grill so I will be able to bbq outside, just not big, but enough for one person. Can't wait till it gets here and I can make me burgers and such.
Here is your verse for today: 2Sam 22,3 The God of my rock; in him will I trust: he is my shield, and the horn of my salvation, my high tower, and my refuge, my saviour; thou savest me from violence.
Have an awesome day, ladies.
Love you
Doris
