We can learn and explore together different options and maybe acquire new ideas and tastes. For example I never in a million years thought I would like chaffles. I am not a cheese fan but... I find them a satisfying alternative to waffles.

An example of my eating. This is yesterday's menu.
11/20/20
Breakfast: 2 eggs 2 slices PB toast (23 carbs total) Coffee with protein powder in it.
Lunch: Chicken salad
Dinner: Tortilla pizza (Beloved requested this again because it was so awesome last night.)
I see i actually didn't have snacks yesterday. When I do, it is usually nuts, boiled eggs or celery. I at the moment tend to eat a lot of boiled eggs, because they are filling and cheap. My goal is carb monitoring and my next is sodium, then cholesterol. Eventually I will find my trifecta!

Here is how yesterday shaped up.
11/21/20
Breakfast: 2 eggs 2 slices PB toast Coffee with protein powder
Lunch: Chicken salad 2 dill slices
Dinner: hamburger mac
Snack: drained peach slices with zero sugar coolwhip
Almonds

So, I had a tummy bug all weekend and it really messed me up. I could only really keep down carbs, plus I drank lots of clear pop to try to stay hydrated. Ugh. Trying to get back on track today.

11/22/20
Breakfast: pb toast coffee with Opti Meal powder
Lunch: chicken salad 2 slices toast (Low cal/with 18 carbs a slice, 8 carbs fiber) 2 dill pickle slices.
Dinner: Zucchini pizza boats
Vanilla Whip
Snack: Almonds I messed up the zucchini boats. MJ said his was bitter and mine was just hard. Plus earlier I had the idea to bake my shrooms instead of saute them... they came out soggy. I put some on my boat and... boulders. So lesson learned, saute it is!

How yesterday went.
11/23/20
Breakfast: PB Toast coffee with Optimeal
Lunch: 2 boiled eggs chicken salad
Dinner: 2 pbjs Celery with cream cheese Snack: peaches with no sugar cool whip.
I was doing great. Before dinner time I was at 98. However I had no appetite all day. I just did not want to eat. So I kept putting off getting dinner until my BG dropped so low I was afraid to try walking. So I had MJ make me a PBJ. Then I was hungry and had another. Low carb bread and sugar free jelly. Regular PB. I think my mistake was the peaches this time. Morning fasting BG reading is 176
