Anyone else still having trouble recovering from the virus? My lungs are STILL not up to par, even all these months later.
Also, anyone else notice a difference in your smell and taste? I used to love the smell and taste of mint. Now it seems yucky. Also, I want to eat salads all the time, or strongly seasoned foods. Pasta just has no taste for me and meat isn't the same either. Canned foods don't have much flavor, either.

It can take months to recover. There is a Facebook group called Covid 19 Recovered where people compare and discuss their recovery. It took my dd around 6 months for her to not be as short of breath. For me it left permanent reminders of the virus: diabetes and congestive heart failure.

I have not contracted the virus , due in large part to My family’s amazing concern for me. I’ve been vaccinated now and had my booster. All I can say is I feel as if a weight has been lifted off my shoulders. Sadly it has moved from being a health concern to being an excuse to have nasty arguments and political disagreements. I refuse to participate. Prayers for everyone’s health. Hugs and God bless, Helen( grammea)

I have a cousin who had Covid recently and is now having fainting spells. Having testing done on her heart.
