Traphene is a WONDERFUL woman. When we moved to Cedar Hill in 2007, she was the director of the library (as well as a member of the church we attended).
In 2017, we found ourselves back in Cedar Hill. We had been renting out our house, and the tenants had caused tens of thousands in damage. We could neither sell nor rent it. So, we put our stuff in storage here in AL and kind of moved in (with folding tables and chairs and air matttresses) while we made repairs.
Going back to this church filled out hearts. The Sunday School teacher recognized our boys, even though it had been years (and they'd grown a LOT!). And Traphene immediately wanted to take us out to lunch that Sunday. At the time, I'd been surprised to see how she'd changed. When we first encountered her, she had long, thick raven black hair. By 2017, her hair was pure white.
Now, it seems that Traphene will soon be going to her heavenly home. She wanted to share this message, and the church put it up on Facebook. I'm not sure if this will work, but I hope that you can hear Traphene's heart through what she wanted to share. I'm trying to put the video below. In case it doeasn't work, here's a link to the post with the video: www.facebook.com/CHfirstchurch/posts/pfbid0bh4vKzy5U5YxnSTB24FfkJLwHRZXc6p4p363zT8Hx5htRJJgdnC8Te1baJMCLdpVl?__cft__[0]=AZXO2QshzwaXlQwPa8ZsqZH53vVj_A0s3YGJxNaASnBAV902jWTFv6SdfmS875vVGw10fB1E_tLaEIMmespoCfx39NlDY8YjjYEtSDklMWDk523MGOHHyOn4lbEOiRawOEZWg9Hc4bMv4-UkiaJ6vT72GTKAGT86LxjNtjCfGfnwdX6eW_u5xjBw4qYDIhPVLUo&__tn__=%2CO%2CP-R
