Somehow, on our last trip to Costco, DS3 and I got our wires crossed. We were each adding things to the cart and we came home with ten pounds (10!) of frozen green beans.
That is more than we eat in a year. They just aren't popular with DH and the boys.
Other than green bean casserole, any suggestions? If it matters, they are frenchcut.

Shepherd’s Pie? May have to cut them in half to make them shorter. I’ll continue thinking on this.

I like to make a big one-pot meal with green beans. I add some cut up potatoes, some ham, and an onion or two and just cook it until all the flavors meld together and everything is cooked through. It's always a big hit with the family and at church or sewing retreats. I don't have a real recipe, I just toss in whatever amount I want. This is perfect to make in the crock pot on cold days.
I also add green beans to soups.
