Still under the weather. So far, bed made and quiet time done. I need to get some general cleaning done around the house, and tackle the ironing that didn't get done yesterday. I also want to finish making breakfast samosas I began yesterday.

I’ve been quilting this morning and will continue throughout the afternoon. Watered the peach and willow trees. This evening is revival at church. I’ll make chicken and dumplings for dinner.

I had to finish a primary document essay for my history class today. My paper is finished and turned in, I wiped down the kitchen counters, washed dishes, dried and put away, and cleaned out the fridge. My friend came over on my break from work tonight and brought me some treats back from Isreal. She grew up there and her mom still lives there so she brings me stuff when she comes back! I'm working until 3:30am tonight and I'm hoping it is a slow night.

I won't lie, samosas are hard work and took me years to learn. Mine still aren't as perfect as an Indian restaurant, but still quite good.

My son in law is from India and I had never had one until he shared some of his cultures foods with us and I really like their food! Not to hot though I have to ask them for mild seasoning
