Have you heard of washer balls? A friend of mine on Facebook was talking about them quite awhile ago and I looked for some on amazon and got them today. They are like a hard rubber with ceramic balls in them that supposedly changes the composition of the laundry water into a hydrogen peroxide. My friend swears by them. Amazon had mostly good reviews but google says there is no science behind them and its just water. I used them tonight with some dryer balls and essential oils on my kids smelly clothes and they seem to work. The clothes don't smell bad. I wonder if there is any truth to the science or if I washed the clothes in warm water lol

I saw a guy on You Tube review them and he didn't find them to work. He also found studies done by a number of consumer groups around the world that said that they didn't work.
