Woke up this morning to discover there was a leak under the sink in the bathroom. Happy Tuesday! 😂
It'll get sorted. So, today...
One nice thing lately, I've been getting in a lot of crocheting. I'm about 2/3 of the way through making two different dog beds. Since DH replaced the flooring, the dogs are kind of put out with us. They don't want to lay down in any room except where they have dog beds. While I think they'll appreciate the floor when the high temps hit, for now, I am sympathetic (who wants to lay on a hard surface). Anyway, I made these dog beds up myself. It's been fun to design and didn't cost anything since I used scrap yarn.
Have a great day!
It'll get sorted. So, today...
- Teach two classes (to start off the day)
- Empty everything from the cabinet under the bathroom sink, wash/dry it as needed
- Get with DS2 about the leak. He took two credits in plumbing as part of his high school studies. If he can't fix it, he'll tell me and I'll call the plumber.
- Shop (online or Home Depot, depends on how the time works) for a trimmer/edger and/or trencher. Ours is broken, can't buy a replacement part. I looked online yesterday, and consulted with DH on the phone last night. His words: Do whatever you need to. I am going to take that to mean I should jsut examine the options. The snag (for me) is that we decided to get electric lawn tools with rechargeable batteries. Overall, that has worked great. But now that we need to replace one... all the new models from the same brand use a different battery.
- I had been pushing to get a lawn care service, but if we buy a trimmer and/or trencher... I am going to push back on that. Ugh. Maybe I will start doing the lawn with DS3.
- Four more classes over the afternoon
- We don't need to go anywhere tonight. Maybe we'll go trimmer shopping then.
