Your mission, should you choose to accept it 😋 is to come up with as many make-ahead-grab-and-go (or make-ahead-grab-nuke-and-go) breakfasts as possible.
The challenge? No sandwiches! 😲🥪
Ready...
Set....
GO!

Egg muffins. Basically eggs + whatever else you want to throw in cooked in muffin tins.
Baked oatmeal

Pancakes (or waffles) with bits of ham or sausage cooked inside. Easily frozen and reheated.

1. Breakfast burritos--scrambled eggs, diced peppers and onions and whatever else you want to add. Roll up in a tortilla and freeze until ready to grab and nuke and go. 2. Snack pack--cubed cheese, cubed turkey or ham, and a handful of nuts in a small container. I used to make these a lot when dd2 was in high school and she would eat while I drove her to school 3. Breakfast pack--a boiled egg or two with a couple strips of pre-cooked bacon 4. Homemade sausage balls (bake ahead and nuke and eat) 5. Make your own waffle stix or French toast stix. If you add fruit when you make them, they won't need syrup and can be heated and eaten on the go. 6. Go-gurt and a muffin 7. Mini Cheese balls (I would make these instead of one big cheese ball and send to school/work with pretzles or veggie stix)

Mini link sausages wrapped in bacon; they reheat well.
Like Michelle said, muffin tin omelettes.
Fruit. Cheese cubes or sticks. Nut butter with apples or bananas.
