Today won't really be busy, but I think it will feel that way.
DH and I will be off to grocery shopping somewhere in the next hour. We will probably go to the farmer's market. We don't NEED anything there, but it's a new market and I was disappointed to learn this week it's only going to meet for a few more weeks. The explanation was that no one knew how it would fare, so that's all they planned. I hope they have more Saturdays next year. Honestly, I wish it would be year round. I grew up in the North, and we had farmer's markets open year round. Granted, they were indoors. Here, it seems like just when the weather stops being so hot, the markets all shut down. Anyway, after that, we'll either go to one or two grocery stores. I'm leaving that up to DH.
DS1 is at work all day (12 hour shift). DS3 is at camp again until Monday. DS2 is working until 10 AM this morning. Then he's off because he's in a tkd sparring tournament this afternoon. DH & I will go watch.
Dinner is pizza... If DS2 is willing to make DS1's, that's fine or I'll make it. I am going to make myself a small pizza and save the rest of my portion of dough to make breadsticks or something for later this week.
That's it. That's the

My crew is finally here demolishing my front porch. I am having the entire front deck replaced, as much of the wood is rotten. I got up super early and went to the farmer's market; it is about 3/4 of a mile and I wanted to go before the heat gets bad. I scored three zucchini, two nice onions, a pound of okra, two beefsteak tomatoes and a watermelon, all for free with my vouchers I got from my Elevate class. Not much planned today beyond resting up from my trek to the farmer's market and home with a heavy bag, I may try and mop the floors later.

This morning I fed the animals, went to town for the day old bread and to get some livestock feed. When I got home I opened one bag of feed and filled a couple buckets from the car. They’re 50 lb bags so dh can unload them (and the bread) when he gets home tomorrow. I ordered more oxygen tubing from Amazon. What I have is 7 ft length and I wanted shorter tubing for when I’m carrying the unit. I’m going to start the quilt today. I’ll sketch the lion’s head and wording on the top. This evening I’ll feed the animals and gather (and put away) the eggs.
