Here we go.
I am feeling bushed this morning. Yesterday I woke up at 3 with my mind buzzing, and gave up and got up at 3:30, then went all day long. With the big room clean out on Monday, there were a TON of things that DS2 needed to do... but the whole school/work 12-hours a day meant it would be done a lot later than I needed. So I did a bunch of things that I coudl do between classes. He appreciated it but kept saying he would have done it. I set him to cleaning the bathroom including unclogging the drain, and he did it all before he ate a bit of dinner, so I guess we're even.
I have 10 students spread out from 6:30 this morning ending at 5. Normally we have church, but DH wants to go to tkd since he missed all of last week and Monday. Our practice group isn't meeting, but it's the big kick off including dinner. I may just go on my own while he takes the boys to TKD. (To be honest, they're not at the same time, so I don't see the conflict. I may point that out.)
Between classes, I am going to ruthlessly declutter in the front living room area. And by declutter, I mean a lot of it will be tossed. I won't have much time, but I think a timer and a trash bag will be helpful tools.
Have a great day.

Merrilee - I have no suggestions about the crickets. DH sprays a perimeter spray around our house, is that something that you can do?
Gina, what did the doctor say last week?
Today I need to continue with the major grant that is due this week. Hopefully I can get it finalized and routed today, and then I can get the rest of my work caught up. At lunch time I need to make a pasta salad for tonight's Bible study - we're having a potluck. And after work I need to get the dusting done and use the wood cleaner on the table.

Merrilee, a dusting of DTE (diatomaceous earth) sprinkled around will kill the bugs who come in contact with it, without harming you or any pets.
To Do's dishes laundry sew (I need to finish repairing a quilt for someone) trash
Done fed dogs folded and put away a load of laundry

Michelle, the hematologist didn’t run anymore tests when I saw her. Looking at the bloodwork already ran she thinks I have Monoclonal Gammopathy of Undetermined Significance (MGUS). Lab work showed an abnormal M protein. I requires just frequent blood work that monitor it since around 25% people who have it go on to get myeloma and other cancers. She’ll repeat the bloodwork at the end of this month. If it’s still showing elevated calcium, protein & globulin then she’ll do a bone marrow biopsy. Meanwhile she ordered an abdominal ultrasound to check for enlarged spleen since I get really full so quickly after eating and I’ve had pain in that area.
Animals all fed. Vomited once while I was outside. That happens when my heart rate jumps up and stays up for a long time. I wasn’t sure why I was vomiting occasionally but realized it’s when my rate jumps up and stays up. Sigh, now to call my cardiologist. Anyway, everyone is fed except me and the birds. No crafts started. Waiting for the embroidered quilt top so I can get started on quilting it. This is for PH’s Sue Ellen’s dh. Since no crafts to do I’ll do some major decluttering also. Sandra, the large garbage bag and a timer should do the trick. Dinner will be bbq chicken and corn on the cob. Tonight is Bible Study.

Sandra, the large garbage bag and a timer should do the trick. Yes, it's made a good start. I ordered bought a room divider to prevent seeing the dining room from the front living room (where I teach in-person students). Normally, I just tidy up anything DS has left from studying. But today, he must have 200 print outs of those graphs of heart beats (EEGs? EKGs?) He was showing me how he has to study to be able to identify the specific type of heart beat he's seeing. He also has maybe double that number of index cards he's written on. I can see why he's using that table for now at least - no way would this all fit on his own desk, and I'm afraid to move anything. Anyway, a room divider it is. I don't think DH will like that, but I will tell him I am open to any other solutions he can think of. Gina, take it easy please, especially in this heat. Merrilee, I missed your comment yesterday about crickets. We had an "infestation" of them one year. Nothing my parents tried words, and the cats wouldn't eat them. In the end, I think they just moved back out of the house when conditions got better.

Yes, I know about Diatomaceous earth; I ran out earlier in the season. Today was a work day. I did a load of laundry before work, along with bed made and quiet time done. When I got home, I made won tons for soup before heading off to choir practice. Ryan will be home before me, so I will leave the soup on the stove for him.
