Still deep in a hard freeze at the moment; it's supposed to get up to 37 this afternoon.
Today will just be busy with work and church tonight. I'm putting chili in the slow cooker and we'll have salad on the side. I have a lot of that prepped; I have a break between lessons late morning, and I want to get the rest ready so I can turn the cooker on promptly at noon. Then it will be ready for DS1 when he gets home from school and the rest of us when we get home from church a couple hours later.
That's all. I'm not going to try to do any more than that today. It will be enough.
Have a great day, ladies.

Still cold here. It is currently 9 with a feels like of -8.
So far today my morning routine is done, well except for getting ready. I still haven't done my makeup. I don't have an on-camera meeting until noon, so as long as I get it on by then I'll be good.
Should be another busy day at work, hopefully not nearly as stressful as yesterday. I want to get the dusting done today and then after dinner I'll change the table linens. Tonight is church.

Snowy and freezing here. Temps were in the single digits this morning, plus the wind chill. It won't get above freezing again today. I plan to stay in and sew.
Dd2 is very sick with the morning sickness still. This week the only thing she's keeping down is popscicles. I feel so bad for her.

Warmer today, and the wind has died down a little, but it is supposed to be freezing again tomorrow. I went to go to the food bank but there was already a long line so I decided to skip it til next week. I went to the grocery store instead. My bed is made, quiet time done, now to spend some time cleaning in my bedroom. I also want to get some sewing done.

Went to the cardiologist this morning and she changed up two of my meds. Switched fluid pills and doubled the heart pill that regulates the rate and blood pressure. Wants to see me back in three weeks. On way home stopped at the feed store for a bigger water container for the chicks. The four smaller ones kept needing to be replenished almost three times a day. Got all the animals fed and in the process fell back onto my backside. I’m okay. One of the dogs must’ve spooked one of the horses causing her to run past me knocking me down. Fortunately I was beside her and not in front of her. Tonight’s church.
