Good morning ladies,
sorry about yesterday. I plum forgot to post the Do's and Dah's. Old age, LOL. Anyway, as I was looking for an adjective to describe Thursday today, I saw the word tasty. What a word. The Bible talks about Ps 34,8 O taste and see that the LORD is good: blessed is the man that trusteth in him. You can taste God? Why taste? I think it is because taste is one of the strongest senses we have. We taste sweet and we know it is good. We taste sour, bitter, salty and umami. But God? And then I thought yes, we can taste God! How? Through is word.... Ps 119,103 How sweet are thy words unto my taste! yea, sweeter than honey to my mouth! and Psalm 19,8-10 declares that the statutes, commandments and judgments of the Lord are more to be desired than gold and sweeter than honey and the honeycomb. Wow.... So for today, let's get a sweet tooth and dig into God's word, because it is sweeter than honey and is forever on the lips but never on the hips .
Well, today I have to clean my house. Seriously. I have been slacking off a bit because my shoulder hurts wicked bad. Glad I get to go to the Doc next week. I have to clean my kitchen and pick up a little. After that I have English class from 12.15 till 1.45 and I told Joe (my English teacher, that I will show up today at the University) and then I have to mail some letters. Tonight is singing practice at church, so I should practice the songs a little before I go.... lol. Well and that is it, I think. If I feel like it, I will piddle around in my sewing room a bit. My kitchen cabinets should come soon and I need to get it ready. And I need to do a load of laundry.
Other than that, I think I will rest my shoulder. You have a nice day ladies...
