That sounds good. I haven't had it in YEARS.
Tonight we'll have steaks I had stashed in the freezer from a sale (just sounds good!) and I'm going to make some sliced baked potatoes - I think potatoes Anna? I cna't recall the name, but you layer the potatoes with melted butter and parmesan, then roast. Fairly simple and tasty.

Tonight I made ham (got it on a great sale) and mashed potatoes, corn, and garlic butter green beans. I cheated and made the instant potatoes instead of homemade, but it all tasted good anyway.

Tonight I will re-heat the rotisserie chicken I got at the food bank on Monday, and fix roasted sweet potatoes and a garden salad with it.

How I miss potato soup! One of my favourites, but Ryan hates it and I can't have it anymore due to my diabetes. Last night I did homemade pizza and tonight will be quick and easy tacos.

Tonight I am doing paneer tikka masala with basmati rice and spinach. If I have the ambition/motivation, I may make chapatis as well.

Oh, heavens no ! I ordered five pounds of it over a year ago from Amazon, it was expensive but it has lasted all this time. I am down to the last bit now but I can't get it locally. I would have to go all the way to Wichita for that and until we get a car that is not do-able. I did try and make my own once, but it was a total fail. All I ended up with was a crumbly mess, it did not adhere together in a block at all. I followed the directions closely with cheesecloth and all, but no avail. Tonight I am doing Miss Maggie's snakebites along with French fries and crudités.

I used to make farmer's cheese, and I read (somewhere!) that it's basically the same as making paneer. I just haven't build time to do it... I had no idea I could order paneer from Amazon!

You can order almost anything from Amazon, but don't expect it to be cheap! I only wish you could get it with EBT, but no. Tonight I am making sliced seasoned garlic pork loin that I got for free from the food bank along with roasted savory sweet potatoes and butter lettuce salad.
