Last night I cooked a package of egg noodles, added 2 cans of tuna, a lot of shredded cheddar cheese, and some pepper. Quick and good. Not sure what I'll do tonight.

Last night I made lasagna. Forgot I couldn't use jar sauce because of sugar content. My blood sugar was up due to eating 2 servings.
Tonight is pork chops and veggies.

I have a roast in the crockpot for making French dip. I will likely make a salad with arugula and herbs from my garden.

I thawed out enough chicken for two meals, so tonight I am making an Afghani dish, chicken biryani.

Well, hello Vintaglee! Nice to see you! I am posting a link to the page with the recipe. I have to be honest and say I didn't really feel like the tofu added a thing to the dish, it was great without it. Also you can swap out the veggies depending on what you have. I didn't have white miso, I had red, but it was still yummy. www.rachaelrayshow.com/recipes/ramen-with-sesame-miso-broth-and-baked-crispy-tofu-recipe-from-rachael-rayAs for the Thai Curry, I buy my Thai curry paste from my Asian grocery here; I have yellow, green and red. Basically I just add broth to the paste, about 1/4 cup (or less if you can't handle heavy spice to 3-4 cups of broth, then add diced cooked potatoes, sautéed onions, and whatever veggies you want to use. It is very flexible.

Tonight I am fixing burgers with the works. I baked a cake to look like a flag with strawberries for stripes and blueberries for stars.

Tonight I am making a new casserole that I got from a TV show recently. I made it once and it was a HUGE hit, so since I am going to the store, I am picking up more frozen perogis to make the perogi and cheese casserole.
