Ladies, it has come to mind, we need to be organized and well set up for our crafting adventures. So here is the challenge should you choose to accept it.
Sort out your yarns. sort your fabric. When it is sorted, remove clutter. Clutter being things you know you will not use. We all have that piece of fabric or skein of yarn we just don't like and can't bring ourselves to use. Pass it on to someone else!

I have done a little bit of this, but I have put off doing the main area that I have things stored in. I think I will tackle it on Monday!
Thanks for the push, Mel!

Well.
I broke down last week and bought a ball winder for yarn. The yarns I've bought in the last year have gotten SOOOOO tangled. I spent part of last Sunday using it, and dealt with all of the tangled skeins (brand new) at once. It's been wonderful to stitch this past week.
I have the rest of my yarn in a basket and milk crates. Right now, I don't feel like I have extra acrylic because I know I can use them to make hats for charity.
I will have to check. I think I might have extra cotton. I did the calculations for a couple sweaters years ago and the patterns were way off - I ended up with far more than needed for those projects. I've been pecking away at it for years maing dishcloths and such.

Great challenge. I have to get a few things finished this week, then I can have time to do this!
